Chase is 3 months old!

I got to spend my morning with my friend Tiffany and her sweet little guy, Chase, last weekend.  After a big bottle, he was ready for some pictures. Happy 3 months, Chase!

William's Maternity Book

I am a bit sentimental this week.  My boy, William, turns one on Sunday.  I'm in that weird place where it feels like just yesterday that I was pregnant, but yet it feels SO FAR AWAY too.  It has been a hard year, but he has brought me so much joy!

Before I was pregnant, I found HANNA MAC's blog.  Girlfriend is CRAZY talented.  She documented her pregnancies in such a creative and heart warming way, and I knew I wanted to do something similar.   When I found out I was pregnant, I began journaling and snapping pictures every week.  I FINALLY got around to compiling them all together, and publishing a little book.  Check out William's Maternity Book! I can't wait for that happy mail!

The Rose Family

It was HOT the day I met up with Ryan, Nicole and little Mary.  They were such good sports! Mary is just a month older than my boy, so it was fun to get a glimpse of what a one-year-old is like. 

Mom and Dad are baseball enthusiasts, so it was only fitting that Mary be decked out in her Padres gear.  They also brought along her police car, which, as you can tell, she LOVES.  Can I just say that I love it when families bring things that are special to them for a shoot?! It adds so much more the experience.

Ryan and Nicole - thanks for meeting me, even though we all left a sweaty mess!  Your family of three is the sweetest!

I thought bringing popsicles would be refreshing for Mary (heck, all of us!).  Mary was not a fan! I think it was too cold. I've never seen a child turn down a popsicle! Hilarious!

The Heimbigner Family

I was blessed to spend sometime with this great family a few weeks ago.  With all the family in town, we headed down to the Oceanside pier, and had some fun! I get to photograph some of the best families! I feel like I've said this before, but this family just has fun together.
